Kova Bites

Kova, also known as khoya, is a popular dairy ingredient across Indian cuisines. It is made by simmering and thickening milk until most of the liquid evaporates, leaving behind solid milk solids adding a rich and creamy texture. Kova is moulded into smaller pieces or balls to make it suitable for palleting to kids, adults or prasadams.
